We only retain your information required to fulfill our services. When you initiate a data transfer and we begin a data transformation, the initial step will delete any uploaded data that is not necessary to complete the book creation process.
We only retain your information during the data transformation process. Once the final product of a book or eBook has been created, we no longer need the original information and will delete it in a reasonable amount of time.
The publishing files for the books will be retained for one year after your last interaction with that product.
